Disney unveils Star Wars-Themed Land for Disney Parks
Last Thursday at D23 Disney unveiled a 50-foot model for the Star Wars-themed land coming to Disneyland Resort and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Star Wars-themed land will be based on a never seen planet and will be opening on 2019.

Ron Howard to take over on untitled Han Solo film
Lucas Film has announced that Ron Howard will resume direction of upcoming Han Solo spin-off.
“At Lucasfilm, we believe the highest goal of each film is to delight, carrying forward the spirit of the saga that George Lucas began forty years ago,”
Said Kathleen Kennedy, president of Lucasfilm.
“With that in mind, we’re thrilled to announce that Ron Howard will step in to direct the untitled Han Solo film. We have a wonderful script, an incredible cast and crew, and the absolute commitment to make a great movie. Filming will resume the 10th of July.”
